Currently Project head of Grand Hyatt residential Project having 05 towers with double basements contained area of 18.50 Lakhs Sqft I am leading a team of 66 members that includes 04 Managers 18 Engineers (Execution planning’s and Billings),24 supervising staff (supervisors, foremen’s)and 20 supportive staff(Store, Safety, Quality, Administration and P&M ).

ASFI Insignia Project (SEZ) Gurgaon

I have successfully completed and handover the structure, plumbing and finishing work of three Residential towers of 18 stories having cover area of 320000 Sq.ft with three basements (Area of 220000 Sq.ft.)

Shiv Nadar School (HCL groups)

I have completed and handed over School Project (HCL groups) Gurgaon by construction of 05 blocks (Junior, Primary, Senior, Admin and Dining blocks) with 06 floors having contained area of 2.75 Lakhs Sq. ft ).We had also handed over MPH (Multi Purpose Hall ),Swimming Pool and External Area ( Play Grounds Roads with Parking Zone).

Job Responsibilities as Project Manager

Co-ordination of sites dealing with Clients and PMC to determine needs and recommending the most effective ways to provide services.

Planning of material, manpower, sub contractors, tools and plants for project.

Networking with consultants, contractors, clients to ascertain technical specifications as per prevalent rules.

Era Infra Engineering(I) Ltd ( N.Delhi) Feb.07 – July 13

In over 6 years as a Manager Project with Era Infra engineering (I) Ltd. I have completed many Projects including completion of the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range (3 nos10M, 25M and 50M Range with 6nos Trap and Skeets) in Tuglakabad, and developed and constructed IT Park project in Greater Noida (4 blocks of multistory commercial building) and contained Plot area 16.50 Acres with cover area 836000 Sq.ft. (including basement) Which is company’s personal and most primitive I.T. Park. Worked as an Execution Manager in DMRC Under Ground Tunnel Project (CC-07, From Lal Quilla to Kashmere Gate) During my tenure in Era group I had received gratitude letter from Era group for commonwealth’s project for excellent performance. I was leading a team of 22 members which included 07 Engineers (Execution planning’s and billings) and 15 supervising and supportive staff (Forman’s Supervisors, safety, quality and Admin) at project.

Ansal Buildwell Ltd (New Delhi) April ‘04 – January ‘07

In 3 years as a Deputy Project Manager with Ansal Buildwell Ltd completed the Project of Covering of Palam Drain by Construction of 5 Ducts of 4 Meter span developed with 45Mtr wide road with pre casing and R.C.C. work integrated Cast-in-situ and Precast Panel. It was first project of Delhi which enclosed the accessible drain and then transferred into road. During my tenure in Ansal group I got promotion before time for client billing along side with execution work.

Jay pee Group.(Chamba H.P ) March‘2000 – March‘04

In Jay pee group as Senior Field engineer I was posted at Chamera Hydro Electric Project 300 M.W Chamba, H.P. where responsible for excavation to commissioning of turbine in Under Ground Power House Complex also constructed underground seven story building contained cover area of 72000 Sq.ft for controlling and operating the Power House. In signified time I developed Gas Insulated Switch Gear Building for 300 MW power project and constructed 400 MT Capacity Crusher plants which generate raw material (sand and all size Aggregate) for the whole project.

Handling large, vastly mechanized machinery in execution work to complete assignment.

In over 3 years as Site engineer with Kothari &Associates I had completed of many Projects on different location i.e. Multi-story Deluxe Apartment at DLF Qutab Enclave at Gurgaon, and old Age Home Cottage & Resorts at Garkhal H.P.
