Senior Scrum Master in the Investment Management Company (IMCO) Financial Advice & Solutions Group (FASG) Division at USAA, I am responsible for responsible for facilitating the adoption, implementation and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices.

Responsible for working with the Project Control Office (PCO), multi vendors in managing a $2.5M for the upgrading of the SOM Certification and Claims Processing Application Systems.
