Supported a C-suite executive, with global responsibilities, and a Managing Director by providing a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Position requires heavy calendaring, conference call and WebEx set up, coordinating with other EAs to schedule meetings, and scheduling extensive weekly travel.

Managed executives’ scheduling of appointments and meetings based on business priorities.

Confirmed attendees and managed the agenda/logistics of meetings related to the Transportation team including setting up conference calls, web presentations and quarterly leadership meetings.
