Senior Director, Field Research August 2006 – Present

Responsible for a department of 243 employees throughout 196 markets in the US, Canada, UK and Spain.

Interviewed, hired, trained and oversaw 15 managers. Created a continued development plan with in order to assist managers with improving their methods.

Worked with Development and Graphic Designers to create an iOS-based application that streamlined our processes in the field. This raised the department production by 22%.

Ran inter-department meetings in order to create assignments for Field Research based on the needs of clients as well as the company’s short & long-term goals.

Worked with marketing department to conduct, film and edit focus groups in order to collect data to improve company processes.

Took part in monthly leadership meetings with Center-Heads, Senior VP of Research and the CEO in order to streamline processes, increase client satisfaction and overall profitability.

Created process using SharePoint for auditing both data and multi-media sent in by the Field teams in order to ensure the highest level of quality possible.

Upgraded vehicle tracking in order to ensure 100% coverage of assigned areas and to protect company assets. This lowered department insurance premiums by 5%.

Create, maintain and meet capital expenditure budget requirements for department. Drove overall department expenses down by 10% year-over-year.

Grew media database to 105,670 3D Matterport Virtual Tours, 30,271 high-def videos, over 15 million high-resolution images and 11,303 4K aerial videos.

Outfitted a 2015 Cessna Grand Caravan EX with a Red Epic Dragon 6K camera on a General Dynamics Cineflex Ultra Gimbal and a Churchill Navigation ARS mapping system in order to fly US and Canadian markets in search of new under construction properties. Developed a pipeline system to get the data identified by the plane to our In-House teams so that it could be correctly integrated into our product.

Negotiated new agreements with vendors that saved the department over $200,000 per year as well as secured updated equipment at a highly discounted price.

Researched and created a UAV (Drone) program for the department for aerial video purposes. Facilitated FAA Part 107 certification for department, trained via UAV Experts, created manual, coordinated with IT and Legal departments in order to ensure successful product launch. The department now boasts the largest fleet of UAV’s in the country.

ABC IMAGING LLC.

Responsible for overseeing the ordering and installation of millions of dollars of reprographic equipment at over 300 sites nationwide.

Coordinate between several departments within ABC Imaging, clients and vendors to ensure that all equipment ordered is delivered and installed properly at a predesignated time and location.

Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive list of all equipment ordered and at which site it was installed.

Responsible for updating and maintaining spreadsheet of all maintenance and service contracts on over 10,000 pieces of equipment.

Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules; track and meet deadlines.

In charge of 5 individuals and oversee the Company’s outsource billing, travel, creation of new shops and the installation/maintenance of Facilities Management sites.
