Travel to and Volunteer/Assist in off-site Product Launches, POA’s, Managers Meetings

Preparation and distribution of meeting reports

Lead Projects such as Market Research Timelines providing updates

Reconciliation of expenses

Work with Internal Veeva Vault System approving contracts, initiate CDA’s, MSA’s and Confidentiality Agreements

Attendance Coordinator for Department, Kronos

Acting as administrative lead, schedule Administrative Assistant Meetings with Group (4 assistants) followed by minutes addressing day-to-day issues

Set up GLG Physician Calls
