An online employee on boarding tools allows configuring on boarding forms depending upon the company process and preparing new employees for their new job role and responsibilities. It leads improved employee performance, engagement and retention.

The HR manager initiates onboarding process by providing a URL to the new hire where he/ she can add personal and professional details.

On submission of the on boarding form by employee, HR manager completes other job related details and submits this form to HRIS database.

All Employee details will give to 3rd party services. They will do the all background verification like address, company and criminal activities…etc.

On completion of 3rd party verification, offer letter releases to candidate. If accept offer letter employee id is generated and given to the new employee.

This Application is for DATATEL (Client). This application belongs to Job Posting Module. Recruiter can able to post job based on job requirement. In Job Posting recruiter will fill request to recruit a new employee form and post it in Team.datatel in hr tab with required approver’s details. Required Approvers will review the job posting then they decide if request to recruit is approved or denied. The project manager will receive the confirmation from approvers through mail. Project manager will inform to recruiter about new recruitment is approved or not. Recruiter will add the job opening in datatel.bamboohr.co.uk in job openings. Now Job Poste is visible to candidates. They can able to apply the job. After that recruiter will receives the candidates applications and he will review and shortlist it. In phone screening enter the details about candidate and person who conducting the interview.

Recruiter can able to post the Job based on requirements.
