RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Plan & organize and coordinate Quality programs, requiring application of engineering technology.

2.Carry out initial study of Drawings and Design Specifications.

3.Conduct Quality audit sites for customers satstification, Quality compliances as for ISO 9000, 9001 also look after the certification of the same.

4.Arrange Quality Trianing for all employees or regular basis and keep record the same.

5.Coordinate Quality meeting at sites and prepare minutes of the same.

6.Implementation of basic quality like tool box talk vendors compliance.

7.Ensure that the work carried out complies with project specifications, work instructions, procedures as appropriate.

8.Perform Surveillance Inspection like materials & erection works to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements.

9.Liaises with Project Managers/Engineers, Client inspectors for day-to-day inspection activities at site.

10.Perform and Inspection of QA/QC Testing likes Column Post Alignment, Structure Alignment etc,

11.Interpret Cube Test of Casting of the Columns. Prepare & submit all test result reports.

12.DC Trench excavation, are cable insulation checked by multi meter.

13.DC Cable Laying and Termination and crimping to the string combiner box and inveter.

14.Raise Non-Conformance Reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out.

15.Reporting of all above to quality head office as Daily / weekly / monthly (as applicable )

16.Implementation Quality with the guidance of quality - Head office.

17.Preparation of Inspection Report and Final Document for Dossier. Attending weekly progress meeting with client representing QC team

NAME OF THE PROJECTS:

QA/QC services for Power PROJECT of A.P.,Nellore District (Pressure parts, Boiler structure, Coal pulverizer(Bunker),Rotary Parts, Critical Piping in power plant.) and Structural Works, power plant construction in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Carry out initial study of Designs & Specifications.

2.Ensure that the work carried out complies with International Standardization codes, project specifications, work instructions, procedures as appropriate.

3.Perform Surveillance Inspection like materials/fit up/visual/NDT/painting for fabrication & erection works to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements.

4.Liaises with Project Managers/Engineers, Client inspectors for day-to-day inspection activities at shop/site.

5.Calibrate Testing Equipment’s like Einstein-II Ultrasonic Flaw Detector.

6.Perform and Inspection of QA/QC Testing likes Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Radiographic Testing and Hydrostatic Testing.

7.Interpret RT films pertaining to welding joints. Prepare & submit all test result reports.

8.Raise Non-Conformance Reports as seen during inspection and follow-up on status of rework and close-out.

9.Attend to all potential problems to prevent occurrence of defects. Prepare documents like Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) & Conducting WQT.

10.Preparation of Inspection Report and Final Document for Dossier. Attending weekly progress meeting with client representing QC team.
