Mentored and oversaw 11 directly reporting personnel managing support requirements including air refueling, global mobility, and coalition operations.

Oversaw end-of-life processing for 6,000 computers, network, PDA, and miscellaneous devices annually; managed the asset inventory project, identifying 15,000 items and 187 accounts.

Managed time compliance network order and standardized desktop software configuration on network compliant PC’s; oversaw 200 IT asset transfers.
