Managed the implementation of several critical Business and IT initiatives: Odyssey (global program chartered to refresh Client hardware and network – NA budget $8.6m); Vital Phase III (consolidation of multiple instances of regional SAPs into one SAP, along with the development of ancillary software to support Master Data Systems – budget $4.2m); and IGLOO (the integration of disparate North American Ice Cream systems into one system – budget $2.5m). The completion of these critical strategic initiatives successfully enabled both IT and the Business to realize process improvement, operational synergies, and supplier rationalization.
