Qualifications: I have an extensive background in customer service in a call center environment. I have collections, billing and sales experience and have Always worked in a call center. I am familiar with several software programs including AS400, IDX, Meditech, Surgisource, Epic and Allscripts. I have both inbound and outbound pre-dial call center experience and am certified as ACA collector.
