I have more than 20 years of manufacturing and warehouse supervisory experience. I have been trained in the Toyota Manufacturing System, Lean Manufacturing, and taken a wide variety of business oriented classes through colleges like Portland State University and Portland Community College. I had also coached College and High School Basketball for eight years. Between the two disciplines I have developed excellent leadership, interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills. These different experiences have given me the ability to multi-task which is required in order to be successful at either profession.

I took a new account Ross Dress for Less, from two shifts down to one.

I reduced the staff from forty associates down to nineteen.

I Increased productivity from twenty-nine cartons per hour to thirty-seven cartons per hour.

Responsible for managing the Yahoo! Warehouse inventory

Responsible for over $5,000,000.00 worth of inventory

Since my two years in the stockroom we have maintained a 98% inventory record accuracy.

The on time delivery to my internal customers in the stockroom went from the 86% in my first year to the last year of 96.68% on time delivery.

Offline Set-ups on time delivery went from 82% to 97% . While increasing on time delivery in both areas they also improved their quality.
