MANAGEMENT
I understand the importance of coordinating business actives that reflect objectives of a business. I understand Human Resources roles and responsibilities to support Management Teams, Right by Policies and Guidelines. I also understand the importance of assisting Associates in understand his/her role and how the Associates roles aligns with an organizations objects.
SALES
One of the most important aspects of a business is sales. I understand the importance of satisfied customers without customers an organization would not have any revenue. I sell customers accessories with a device he or she is purchasing and add a service plan. This helps increase our profit margin. After learning and understanding what increases an organization’s profit I will make sure to focus on ways to increase an organization’s profit margin.
COMMUNICATION
I have to effectively communicate information to different Associates; such as Market Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Managers, Department Managers, and Hourly Associates. I have to form relationships with almost every level within side the organization. I am an approachable, reliable, understandable, and expect change. These skills allow me to help align Associates with the organization’s objectives.
LEADERSHIP
I have continued to learn new roles and leadership responsibilities. I value learning new roles and responsibilities. This helps me grow as a person. I also enjoy changes and challenges.
I have been a Customer Service Manager. This role is responsible for every Associate who operates a register, Cart Associate, Maintenance, People Greeter, and Customer Follow.
I have been a Pharmacy Technician. Pharmacy Technician are responsible for inputting prescriptions correctly, dispensing the right medicine in the right amount, and billing insurances.
I have been a Training Coordinator. This role is responsible for training, compliance, communicating information, general office duties, updating bulletin boards, and upholding policies.
I am a Personnel Coordinator. This role responsibilities are training, compliance, recruitment, communicating information, associate relations, maintaining associates personnel files, benefit management, worker compensation, general office duties; emails etc., updating bulletin boards, and upholding polices.
