Studio in a School Seasonal Nutrition Educator November 2017- Jan 2018

Taught 4 classes of 4th graders how to eat fruits and vegetable seasonally and locally.

Taught the 4th graders that it was important to eat all parts of plants and the recommended 5A Day.

Instructed them to express what they saw, felt and tasted to put in on a worksheet and to finally draw a picture of the fruit or vegetable for the artist to assist with watercolors and black and white artwork

Prepared fruit and vegetable for class demonstration for apples washed and cored and for washed and parboiled vegetables before getting to school.
