My duties include prospecting through cold calling and canvassing my given territories looking for opportunities to grow our business footprint. Along with the acquisition of new business I also have a hands on approach to servicing the needs of each of my uniquely different accounts. I provide solutions ranging from channel specific managed workwear programs to facility service needs (such as restroom supplies, paper products, mats, etc.)

● February 2012-November 2012<SPRINT WIRELESS- Sales Manager> In charge of managing a sales staff of 12 reps in one of the volume leading stores in the country (such as daily scheduling and floor staffing, completing staff floor observations, assist reps in maximizing each transaction, keeping team focused on company objectives-sales initiatives-personal goals while keeping positive energy and motivation flowing), compiling and submitting numerous daily reports (such as EOD reports, district sales tallies and reporting different metrics related to sales targets), maintaining personal quotas and targets, customer and floor awareness, opening and closing procedures, responsible for sales floor corporate compliance, hiring and interview processing of candidates and overall store presentation.

● June 06-October 09<Primesource Building Products-Inside Sales Market Manager, Shipping Rep> duties included new client prospecting, funnel management of new or potential clients, cold calling and appointment setting. As the Shipping Rep I would handle autofill processing and order entry for clients, pricing management, coordinating truckloads (weight management and distribution), set the shipping and truck routes daily, processing buybacks (return shipments).

Targeting those that could benefit from the Nextel product format and proprietary services (such as wineries, construction firms, etc.) .
