Provided key technical and managerial support for the DoD at Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO), including Intelligence and Targeting Information to the Situational Awareness Room (SAR) derived from Global Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosions, found and cleared incidents. Acquired and disseminated 500+ of IED reports and other pertinent data to appropriate government agencies via the JIDO SAR during a multi-year contract.

Led a 5-member team of SAR Intelligence Analysts compiling as many as 40 IED incidents on vehicle borne, people borne, and roadside devices; authored and disseminated Daily Global IED Reports to COCOM and operational customers.

Acted as weekend Lead SAR Watch Officer for the entire JIDO Command, keeping senior leadership apprised of Downrange Operational Status (Afghanistan, Iraq), including JIDO Director, Vice Director, and Deputy Director of Operations.

Provided hands-on training, development, and mentoring to 10 personnel to be successful Weekend SAR Watch Officers, creating numerous operational scenarios to ensure personnel would be able to handle any emergency situation.

Effectively coordinated in near real-time to resolve any J6/IT Communications issues, both in command and down range.

Maintained between 98% and 100% Government Annual Contract Review by Immediate Government Civilian Lead Supervisor over three years of running the SAR Watch.

Mobilized as part of Navy Embedded Training Team (Operations Officer) for nine months to Camp Tombstone, Afghanistan; provided senior mentoring and staff training to Afghan Army leadership in a hostile environment (2006).

Instructed and developed an aircraft carrier detachment of 55+ personnel at the Naval Reserve Center in Memphis, TN (2005).
