I was the NCOIC for the Base Installation Personnel Readiness Office when I separated from the Air Force, and I have 15 years administrative experience.

I managed a five-member Base Readiness Office; deploying 5K+ personnel across 5 MAJCOM commands.

I was responsible for policy and procedures supporting contingency operations and base support plans.

I revamped the Processing Deployment Function (PDF) and the Rest and Recuperation (R&R) Briefings.

Team Lead for AFSOC and ACC exercises; processed 159 short notice deplorers; 100% accounted w/ zero delays.

Key Operational Readiness Inspection (ORI) leader; insured 5 scheduled chalk times met, AFMC first 1st excellent in MAJCOM.

I modified Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) side database; streamlined/forecasted Deployment Requirements Manning Document (DRMD) changes, insuring flights projected 90 days out.

I managed the Government Travel Card (GTC) Program, the Unit Fitness Program, and Evaluations and Decorations programs.

Organizational/Functional Responsibilities

Advised officers and airmen on military personnel issues and programs. Conducted interviews to determine individual interests, qualifications, and personnel data. I briefed provisions of personnel programs such as assignments, promotions, separations, retirements, benefit programs, retention, bonus, classifications, training and retraining, and personnel reliability program, personnel readiness and career progression. Helped commanders develop career information and motivation programs. Manages selective reenlistment and career airman reenlistment reservation programs. Counseled airmen on reenlistment opportunities and benefits. Monitored retention programs and provided reports and statistics. Performed CSS personnel functions. Prepares and processes administrative support actions relating to unit programs such as FIT program, vOP, in processing, squadron information, and enlisted and officer professional military education. Managed leave web program. Prepared and processed Article 15, letters of reprimand, investigation reports, unfavorable information files, and separation actions.

Office Automation Software Usage

Skilled on Power Point slides, Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, and memorandums on Word--can type 60 WPM.

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and email PST sorting for future reference.

Fluent on Military Personnel Data System, Defense Travel System, and EMS.Also can operate Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and execution Segments (DCAPES).
