Ms. Guillen is being laid off as part of a continuing reduction by the DLA Aviation in contractor support.

I want to personally say that you could not hire a better person than Ms. Guillen. She is well organized and completes all her work ahead of schedule. She is willing to take on any project without any complaints. The only reason she is not still not with the company now is due to downsizing.
