Major Achievement
This allowed the department to transition from the manual process of issuing taxpayers with hand written cheques to transferring taxpayer refunds directly to their bank accounts, thus improving efficiency of transactions.
Additional responsibilities include:
Facilitating the sensitization presentations to employees on the new EFT processes.
Designing and maintaining user manuals to ensure that instructions are in keeping with current system patch.

Major Achievement
Was assigned to the Spanish Town RSC for six (6) months where I initiated and achieved a total de-cluttering and re-organizing of the server room so as to create a structured and accessible environment for numerous equipment at the site. I was also assigned to King Street office for another eight (8) months where I was able to coordinate the automation of the iNCRS daily reports into Excel and HTML format so as to reduce printing volumes.
Other responsibilities entailed:
Assisted in the Maintenance and troubleshooting of iNCRS equipment inclusive of printers
Created user accounts for the various Applications e.g. AMVS,TRN,ICTAS and Property Tax and TCC online
Performed daily and weekly backup of systems information
Successfully monitored Service level agreements between e-Gov, TAJ and Delarue regarding the monthly maintenance of Driver’s license system.
