All forecasts loaded in EcoSys and imported to SAP monthly for financial/accrual submissions.
February 2016 to September 2016:
Columbia Pipeline Group/TransCanada; Houston, Texas
Pipeline, Meter station and Compressor installation – Managed a team of cost professionals with projects in excess of $2.6B up and down the eastern United States. Six team members located in Houston and one in Louisiana. I was also the Cost Engineer on Eastern Panhandle Expansion (Pipeline/Compressor/Horizontal dig install) in the West Virginia area. I was on the successful implementation team for the rollout of Ecosys (Project Management financial and reporting tool) companywide.

Leviathan Project – Lead Cost Engineer responsible for all cost (budgeting, forecasting, value of work done projections, invoicing, staffing projections, & monthly reporting) functions on a development offshore gas production, processing, and transportation system connecting the gas field offshore Israel to the Israel Natural Gas Line Ltd system.

Bakken (North Dakota) Low Pressure Gathering – Project Services Lead / Cost Engineer responsible for a team of Project Control professionals located in both Denver, Colorado and Minot, North Dakota. The team I managed was in charge of all Cost and Schedule related activities for more than 50 pipeline and skid projects in North Dakota. We gathered from Home office, Engineering and Construction contractors and submitted all forecast, value of work calculations, and variance analysis by month. I worked with Procurement to write and issue purchase orders and validate/pay weekly invoices.

Responsibilities included cost reports, cash flows, change management, interaction with FC&A (administer complex financial controls between Asset and Partners), status and issue project field schedule, value of work calculations, & manage engineering design contractor’s cost activities.

Seconded to Chevron for the Area “A” Gas Management Project in West Africa.
Responsibilities included the owner’s direct and indirect cost. Supported front-end engineering activities, which involved estimating and bid preparation. Monitored and reported all engineering and field cost/progress. Generated monthly reports for Chevron and partners that incorporated the entire project campaign from pre-feed to construction.
