Project summary: Upgrading SAN and implementing wireless for Corporate. Project is to build a new SAN (Storage Area Network) and migrate all existing applications to new SAN without impacting the business. Implementing a Wireless Infrastructure at SDM’s Central Office and Regional Offices which will enable only corporate issued devices to seamlessly connect the Local Area Network (LAN) and provide only Internet Access to guests, vendors, consultants and staff utilizing personal devices.

Responsibilities:

Prepared the "As Is" and "To Be" business process models using Visio.

Conducted JAD sessions with business area experts, asking detailed questions and carefully recording the requirements that can be reviewed by both business people and the IT developers.
