Spearheaded the conduct of study for the development of Resource Management System for the manufacturing subsidiaries of the company. Coordinated with subject matter experts to identify requirements and establish standard operating procedures. Created blueprints, identify metrics, designed database and documented processes for the as basis for the development of the system.

Defined the issues of concrete batching plant’s QC department and identified the metrics to be measured and analyzed. Created QC database to monitor concrete strength produced by each plant/ source to help determine corrective actions to be undertaken.
