Senior Vessel Product Engineer

On September 2005 Hayward Industrial Products was acquired by Eaton Corporation

Provide calculation in accordance with ASME SECTION V DIV.1 CODE Analyzing/creating CAD layout of equipment's using AUTOCAD 9. Use metrics and charts to measure and drive improvements.

Senior product engineer for Separators, Automatic strainers, Model 90, 91, 900, 950B Strainers.

Provide stress calculation for different loads as wind, earthquake, nozzle loads, and rigging.

Checked drawings and calculations.

Worked closely with all functional groups to support production.

Eaton manufacturing company was relocated from Elizabeth New Jersey to Reynosa, Mexico.

I trained the Reynosa team to integrate into the entire facility.

I visited Reynosa to help a smooth the integration process.

Familiar with MFG/ PRO and participated at KAIZAN EVENT to promote production at the Reynosa facility.

Created a cell for WRIGHT AUSTIN, as well as cast products that would improve productivity.

I managed all of the projects and kept assignments moving in an orderly and structured fashion.

Eaton Hydraulic opened a new design center named Eaton India Engineering Center in Pune.

I provided support and assistance in training their engineering team.

I worked on different projects for FLUOR, EXXON-MOBIL, DOW CHEMICAL, SHELL OIL, BASF, A.J. AHERN, ROLLS ROYCE, PETROCHEM BRAZIL, DUPONT, HESS and others.

I participated on the design patent for Low Cost single bag filter to Multi bag filter for the new product development "FLUID PRESSURE VESSEL EMPLOYING FILTER BAGS".

Senior Product Engineer

On September 2005 Hayward Industrial Products was sold to Eaton Corporation

Lead Engineer for fabricated and cast separators, strainers Models 90, 91, 900, 950B.

Provided calculations in accordance with ASME SECTION VIII DIV. 1 and drawings for the separators and strainers.

Coordinated and coached the technical sales department for new orders.

I participated in defining engineering approaches, including planning and scheduling work.

Provided calculation using DESIGN CALC (APV) program for shell, heads, legs, lugs under different loads such as wind, earthquake, nozzle loads (WRC107), and rigging.

Checked drawings and calculations. Work closely with all functional groups to support production.

I followed each product from quotation to shipping.

Lead Engineer for Gas Plant on different refineries. Experience on design of Fractionator column, Coke drums in accordance with ASME SECTION VIII DIV. 1 CODE and API tanks in accordance with API 620 and API 650.

Worked on MARAVEN PROJECT, CITGO Project, SUNOCO, RELIANCE-UK. EXXONMOBIL, SHELLI worked as a lead engineer in Singapore for Foster Wheeler Italy.

I participated on quotations for different jobs for Brazil, Mexico and Romania.

Coordination with different departments such as piping, project, civil, instrumentation.

Calculation in accordance with ASME SECT. VIII DIV. 1 also I provide calculation under different loads such as wind, earthquake, nozzle loads, and platform loads using WRC 107.

Checked vendor drawings of different fabricators.
