Senior Vessel Product Engineer

On September 2005 Hayward Industrial Products was acquired by Eaton Corporation

Provide calculation in accordance with ASME SECTION V DIV.1 CODE Analyzing/creating CAD layout of equipment's using AUTOCAD 9. Use metrics and charts to measure and drive improvements.

Senior product engineer for Separators, Automatic strainers, Model 90, 91, 900, 950B Strainers.

Provide stress calculation for different loads as wind, earthquake, nozzle loads, and rigging.

Checked drawings and calculations.

Worked closely with all functional groups to support production.

Eaton manufacturing company was relocated from Elizabeth New Jersey to Reynosa, Mexico.

I trained the Reynosa team to integrate into the entire facility.

I visited Reynosa to help a smooth the integration process.

Familiar with MFG/ PRO and participated at KAIZAN EVENT to promote production at the Reynosa facility.

Created a cell for WRIGHT AUSTIN, as well as cast products that would improve productivity.

Lead Engineer for fabricated and cast separators, strainers Models 90, 91, 900, 950B.

Provided calculations in accordance with ASME SECTION VIII DIV. 1 and drawings for the separators and strainers.

Coordinated and coached the technical sales department for new orders.

I participated in defining engineering approaches, including planning and scheduling work.
