Played a key management role in preparing ViSalus for a turn-around by launching a global Project Management Office within 7 months that internationally unified the organization of work into a comprehensive portfolio of programs which bridged strategic investments down to accountable, project level execution, allowing by the 3rd year, a non-disruptive scaling down of work/resources by 52%, thereby increasing revenue per employee to over $350,000.
Turned around the PMO at CalOptima within 30 days by moving the project managers from spending upwards of 40% on administrative duties to almost 100% project management duties (of 2 programs and approximately 12 projects), which proved instrumental in enabling the organization to save $500,000 in consultant/vendor fees in the first 120 days.
Created at Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles, California, an operational plan that systematically managed fund-development-stakeholders while controlling operational 'scope creep'. Consequently, successfully turned around the prior 3 years of missing annual revenue goals to exceeding revenue goals of $45 million in each 'FY' 2006 and 2007.
Implemented at UCLA, a wide-array of strategic business process improvements in 6 months that successfully launched e-commerce products and services 3 times faster, generating more than $700,000 in yearly revenues with an additional $300,000 in hardware/software savings negotiated over a 2-year period.
