Managed daily project activities for the ePerformance application implementation such as updating the integrated master schedule, performance metrics for program success, and monitoring of progress of all deliverables.

Developed functional and technical requirements for the implementation of Softscape’s ePerformance system.

Developed a prototype of the ePerformance system utilizing HTML and JavaScript.

Developed a website for the ePerformance interim tool and performance standards utilizing HTML and JavaScript.

Served as the project liaison between Northrop Grumman and Softscape so that communications were streamlined, and issues were dealt with in a timely fashion.

Supported the Program Manager (PM) by serving as technical manager for design/development teams within the Research and Development (R&D) Office of the Treasury’s Office of Workforce Technology in support of the Treasury’s implementation of HR Connect, the Department’s modern human resources system.

Performed program management activities including scheduling, project resources management, status reporting, organizational out-briefings, and quality assurance oversight. Directed and managed 20 program staff including Northrop Grumman Information Technology (NGIT) and subcontractor personnel.

Responsible for developing a custom online security search process to improve the overall online search efficiency.

Developed the 2004 Retro Pay Adjustment Process utilizing SQR to process retro pay adjustments for over 100,000 employees.

Assisted with the upgrade of PeopleSoft 7.5 to 8.3 by analyzing compare reports, re-applying patches and fixes, and re-applying custom code in the upgraded environment.

Led development of complex system modifications identified as critical for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) conversion to HR Connect, Treasury’s department-wide modern human resources management system supporting over 135,000 employees in 13 bureaus. The phased IRS deployment, which completed on May 26, 2004, added approximately 115,000 employee records to the system and resulted in all IRS personnel transactions being completed in HR Connect.

Reviewed all technical designs for accuracy and effectiveness.

Assisted with the customizations utilizing PeopleTools 8.4 for the Treasury Phase I rollout of PeopleSoft’s ePerformance module.

Managed all technical aspects (Designing, Developing, Testing, and Documenting) of the implementation, including the installation of the PeopleSoft software. Led the integration-testing phase of a new PeopleSoft payroll system implementation for this professional services client.

Tested the international functionality of the payroll system for 40,000 employees for this organization that hoped to drive towards a Shared Service Center model.

Responsibilities included development of project plans and timelines, coordination of resources and testing activities, development of testing scripts, detailed analysis and understanding of custom interfaces, conversion support, and end user training.

Additional responsibilities also included troubleshooting for the batch program team, assistance with the functional and parallel testing, review of the existing payroll configuration, design and planning of one-day payroll training class and overall payroll guidance.

PeopleSoft 7.5 HRMS Implementation

Designed and developed more than 15 major system customizations to the HR and Payroll modules.

Provided technical and managerial assistance to client team members for an additional 10 system customizations.

Created 27 custom reports utilizing SQR, Query, and Crystal through user development sessions.

Developed the conversion routines using both SQR's and import manager to convert data from a legacy system.

Constructed multiple interfaces with benefit carriers, external accounting systems, and several other small miscellaneous systems.

Configured the Human Resource, Benefits and Payroll module's base tables.

Release Testing Program for the PeopleSoft 6.02/7.01 HRMS Application Update Release

Tested the Payroll module through its entire lifecycle to record any incidents that occurred.
