Director of Construction & Process Improvement

Executed construction operations for multi-location projects, managing budgets of up to $3.5 million.

Effectively implemented six sigma lean process improvements for the Accounts Payable, External Auditing, Marketing and Retail Ordering functions, effecting both corporate and retail operations.

Designed over 500 floor plans, which included scope, schedules and budgeting, for all pharmacy locations, adhering to USP 797 and ISO 7 Clean Room compliance specifications.
