● Spearheaded the integration of the Rolls-Royce Quality Management System into Siemens by leading global project teams to redefine and deploy Key Processes including: Management Review, Corrective Action, Internal Audit and document management programs.
● Accomplished a successful separation from the Rolls-Royce registrar to the Siemens Registrar without interruption to the ISO certification.
● Centralized the QMS and maintained ISO 9001 certification.
● Implemented a successful Internal Audit Program which included Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems across 9 global sites
