Professional Experience
Shakespeare Theatre Company
Manager
Work with the Directors to prepare leads, train callers and place phone calls for the subscription and membership campaigns, as well as to raise thousands of dollars myself for our Annual Fund. Initially Assistant Manager, then promoted to Manager where I took a more active role in hiring then assigning leads to various staff based on their own experience and success, as well as the projects available. My own fundraising successes included hundreds of thousands of dollars that I raised for special interests such as the Bard Association – a lawyers group that is based on the connection between the legal and the arts community in the city, and Free for All which is a free two week production that is offered every summer, as well as numerous fiscal year end, winter holiday, and Giving Tuesday appeals. The database used is Tessitura.
