My last full-time role prior to moving to Cedar Park Texas in August 2017. My role was very diversified and not fully defined but I was hired as a Project Manager\Analyst. I became the company’s software development expert when tasked by the CIO, CTO, and CEO. The company was a 20-year-old servicing company in the financial sector. The company was making a hard push to split and keep legacy customers while creating a start-up arm to sell the existing software. I was responsible for creating the PMO, Product Owner process identifying with the CTO 12 product offerings from the existing software. Identified the product owners and trained how to be product owners in the Agile framework. Sr. Scrum master with duties of training the entire organization in the Agile Scrum\Kanban process. Managed 3 scrum teams training the entire development team to be Agile. My greatest accomplishment combined with all of the above was to create the process to allow the company to move from a OPEX expense organization to a CAPEX organization in regard to software development. Moved the company from $0.00 Capex to forecasted $900K Capex for 2018.

AAA Insurance - My role as a consultant at AAA Insurance was as a Project Manager managing a mix of software development and infrastructure projects. The projects were in multiple business areas and mine happened to be in the digital\mobile space, security, and Platform As A Service for varied applications. I was also tasked to work with several Agile development teams in a coach role to improve the current state of the Agile Scrum framework.

Codered-i Digital Agency - Served as a Sr. Mobile Product manager \ Analyst working with external agency customers who brought in concept ideas for development to this start-up organization. Captured customer product visions to be turned into design for UI\UX and IOS\Android development. Served as Product owner for clients to the dev team. I also was the companies Agile Yoda and trainer. Pivoted role as an Agile\Scrum evangelist training a team of 5 UI\UX creative and 6 Mobile application developers in the way of the Agile\Scrum framework from the ground up. Service Delivery Manager\PM managing a customer portfolio of 7 small to midsize company's day to day IT infrastructure operations and special projects. Projects varied in size, budget, and scope from as little as $10K to $250K. In essence, the role was an IT operations manager. Reoccurring revenue of $250k monthly for the accounts I serviced. 100% Client facing role serving as the direct arm into company resources as either a Project Manager or Product Manager as required to satisfy the needs of the customer. Resources included Windows, Network, DBA, Software Administration, and other technical service team resources for customer environments. Anything the customer requested was delivered. COTS applications and vendor management of COTS application. Worked with internal and external C-level executives in regard to operation agreements and SLA\OLA's.

Sr. Systems Analyst leading diverse teams of software developers and QA analyst to provide Legislative updates to legacy systems and new software development. Performed ADHOC Project Management on custom off the shelf products purchased by the agency for various needs. Led the organization transformation for two and a half years from a Unified process SDLC to a mature Agile Scrum\ Kanban organization. Managed a team of 6 security analysts in support of security application provisioning and de-provisioning as well as other security related activities regarding the enterprise environment. Served as a Product owner of the Oracle Identity management enterprise tool. Vendor management of additional security tools as required by the enterprise managing the RFI requirements and proof of concepts in the areas of SOX, PCI, SSO, DLP, HIPPA and other security protocols. When custom security software development was needed served as scrum master of contracted development.

Harris Computer INC - Worked with a team of 3 other project managers on a $12 million-dollar customization SDLC project of the SchoolMax product for the Los Angles School District. I managed a team of software developers and QA testers on product design and implementation of customer user stories. This was all custom development of an existing product to specifically satisfy LAUSD needs. I also was required to manage my own scrum team as scrum master.

Project Manager / Scrum Master (W2-Consultant) July 2007 to July 2008 - Managed a portfolio of hosted web auto auctions for fortune 500 auto manufactures. Responsible for the SDLC as a Project Manager\Scrum Master for these sites with monthly reoccurring sales revenue more than $2 million dollars. Managed multiple development teams through the SDLC process as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. Mentored 5 to 7 product owners on the Agile\Scrum framework. Jira integrator and admin.
