Project: US Federal HUD grant draw down systems such as TRACS. This technology includes complex federal asset management systems used to allocate more than 60 billion dollars in federal grant disbursements each year. We also produce software to manage the life cycle of Federal backed home loans designed for first time home buyers under the HOME mortgage program. Banks, Mortgage Lenders and Federal Housing Authorities are some of the entities that use our software.

Consumers would send us purchase information that enabled our tools to track a sale from Point of Purchase all the way into the customer’s home.
