Project: US Federal HUD grant draw down systems such as TRACS. This technology includes complex federal asset management systems used to allocate more than 60 billion dollars in federal grant disbursements each year. We also produce software to manage the life cycle of Federal backed home loans designed for first time home buyers under the HOME mortgage program. Consumers would send us purchase information that enabled our tools to track a sale from Point of Purchase all the way into the customer’s home. With our technology inserted into the sales stream we were able to offer extremely valuable, full-spectrum, last-mile knowledge about the buyer and the sale.

Project: SMS Messaging. The Star Media Mobile SMS messaging system was installed at hundreds of Telco in North and South America. In addition, Star Media created and sold license to use VOIP compression.

Business Analysis: Deconstructed multi-threaded conversations from all business groups and merged that data into online help projects and user guides.

DBA: Created a knowledge data base where analysis reports were archived and maintained.

MarCom: Managed a graphics database and created PowerPoint presentations.
