To Study & check Drawings and Specifications and prepare process sheets, set up sheets, tooling sheets and reference details of the machining process.

Prepare process planning, sequence of operations including choice of tools (such as cutting tools, measuring instruments, etc) and detailed drawings for the complete process.

Finalize the Tool length offset, cutter compensation, tool selection, speed, feed, depth of cut based on the programmed view should be calculated.

Set the optimum machine settings while operating and setting the machining canter machines and make necessary adjustments and use proper techniques for flushing to maintain effective level of machining.

Estimate and plan the number of roughing and finishing operations and selecting material accordingly while considering customer requirements as well.

Follow the safety precaution around man, machine and part and achieve optimum utilization of all resources by planning work load.
