Responsible for EHR upgrades, trouble shooting, improvement processes, and downtime procedures.

HRSA iCARE Grant Project Coordinator

Tracked and reported team goals, standards of care, and implementation plans as they related to health care improvements at both locations of this nurse led Federally Qualified Health Care Center

Participated in the electronic health record implementation and redesign team to provide feedback and input regarding the use of the clinic’s electronic health record, reporting features, and training plans regarding ICD 10 implementation.

Responsible for HRSA required UDS reporting, bi-yearly HRSA progress reporting, and grant budget management

Communicated and strategized with the administration and staff at Sheridan Health Services to promote iCARE team goals and needs surrounding improvement of systems of care and clinic work flow

CU Succeed Program Coordinator

Responsible for coordinating over 350 courses offered to 6000 high school students from over 75 high schools throughout Colorado each year

Managed and maintained all student, course, and instructor records utilizing a People Soft based student management system and extensive Access database

Created and disseminated all communications to high school students, faculty, parents, and district administrators regarding program information, enrollment, and billing

Collaborated with UCD Registrar and Bursar to help create new technologies pertaining to the enrollment process and program information
