• Manage office/pod with 3 doctors and 10 employees

• Resolve situations/problems that arise with employees or patients, facing all members of team

• Ensure all pod members receive policy/procedure updates, news, and information at weekly huddles and maintain log with attendee names and topics covered

• Ensure daily AM and PM pod duties are completed and reassign any last minute employee absences
