FMC Technologies is the global market leader in subsea systems and a leading provider of technologies and services to the oil and gas industry.

Materials Manager

Responsible for $45 million of inventory and $4.5 billion of customer-owned property. Hands-on innovative leadership has produced continuous process improvements in Receiving, Shipping, Valued-Inventory, Customer Property, and Inventory Control Functions.

No annual physical inventory required due to cycle count accuracy of 97.6%; dollar accuracy above 99%.

Developed and implemented Inventory Strategy including minimum lot sizes and safety stock calculation, reducing procurement and receiving transactions, to save over $400,000 per year.

Manage E & O (Excess and Obsolete) bi-annual process, resulting in intra-company consumption in excess of $500,000 of stranded inventory in 2016.

Intense focus on safety resulted in zero lost time incidents for 2016.

Project leader for the relocation of all inventory to a new campus involving more than 1,500 truckloads of inventory; integrated timing with workshop.
