Responsibilities: Developed and managed a detailed system to assure compliance with stringent regulatory requirements at 50+ blood plasma collection facilities scattered throughout the United States. Responsibilities: Created and implemented ISO 9001 compliant Quality System from the ground up for a manufacturing company with facilities in three states, including an ASME-certified fabrication plant. Conducted training for employees, developed procedures and work instructions, and audited for compliance. Performed in-process and final product inspections. Inspected mechanical equipment and electrical components, assuring proper repair and operation. Worked with Engineering Branch to build rigid and structured design processes and documentation. Performed vendor audits and incoming material inspections. Developed Training and Qualification System for all team members.
