Conducted massive campaign on total Quality Awareness top-down to engrain quality in the process rather at the output, aimed to improve performance on throughput, dPPM, Yield, Cycle-time, Cost and On-Time Delivery.

Led the Operations of pilot product transfer project (from Swire to HANA AYT), with crew of 100 new hired production workers & manager, fresh graduates process engineers and technical support engineers - trained in Swire.
Trained and certified all workers; strictly enforced GMP per ISO9001. Led engineers to re-do machine and process capability studies, and implemented the process control plan; encompassing equipment buy-off, set-up and pre-production buy-off. Utilized SPC to control process variations and supplemented with the TCM approach. In six months processes were stabilized and sustained excellent KPI performance making this operation then, best in Ayutthaya.
Led complex start-up operations: Air Cavity Package operating in class 100 facility, a New Product Introduction of Agilent with new hired crews; included running Hybrid devices operations with 2 Chinese engineers; and, Avago's LED captive line.
Directed Human Resource Dept. shaped-up the administrative systems, policies and procedures for six months, but then permanently led the Operators and Staff Training Operations.
Backed to Operations, and led the FULL PRODUCTION of HANA Manufacturing Operations (front-back). Achieved the highly celebrated - 1st 3Million units a day (which never met before my time), through in-depth analysis of machine UPH and HPK at every process. Started, SPC Engineer, led a 3 shifts crash-training on SPC principles, application of control charts and rules of engagement to all workers, PE and Technicians. Initiate the initial models of SPC line and went grand covering entire processes. Conducted M/PCpS studies (6-Sigma).
Introduced a modified QIP 7-step process, established the procedure, implementation framework, statistical problem solving tools, how to lead teams and how to manage team meetings; train the Trainers and train all employees. Kicked-off QIP implementation which supplemented the SPC success. SWIRE has for the first time quality turn-around and gained customer’s confidence.
