Managed business activities in worldwide distribution centers. Responsible for setting up Global Logistics Infrastructure such as Warehousing, Brokerage, and Distribution. (99.8% Inventory accuracy and 99.3% on-time delivery)

Responsible for managing a staff of 20 or more regionally. Responsibilities included staff development, issue resolution and escalation, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and ensuring all assigned objectives rolled up to Corporate strategic objectives. Ensured staff were properly trained (Developed SOP’s specific to region) and working environment was safe (Developed safety protocols).

Managed cost centers and set budget for all Distribution Centers globally. Monitored costs against budget on an ongoing basis presenting results to senior management team.

Responsibility for managing inventory in all Global Distribution Facilities. Facilitated the Inventory cycle-counting process and monitored results.
