Manufacture used paper trail to monitor and record production. IT Team revolutionized process to replace paper with computers that provided live data network. As team member, I trained production staff to efficiently use new MTOP system. Production records now provide real-time value and agile flexibility

Manufacturing aluminum variance increased from 15% up to 40%-55%. Conducted research and discussed issue with maintenance and purchasing to identify problem areas that lead to the modification of BOM and modification to the mechanics of the equipment. Leading to cost savings and reducing the variance by a significant margin of 30%.

Customer required data matrix barcodes with required information to be added on specific filter and carton labels. With communication with customer’s engineers and personnel, the developments of data matrix bar code fonts were implemented that contained the needed information required by the customer. Carton and filter labels met the specifications of the customer and provided customer satisfaction.

No obtainable documentation of important documents or backups of manufacturing processes or hardware. Created a folder accessible on the network that contains documentation, programs, and images of hard drive to reduce the amount of down.

Manufacturing and Shipping had a need for mobile devices that could communicate live data to the network. Found hardware solution to provide mobility and security while providing live data to network. Tested software and trained employees on how to use the scanners properly to meet the needs of Manufacturing and Shipping.

UPS World Ship program had different formats and setups in each of the Tri-Dim locations. Worked with UPS rep and other IT team members to develop a standard to ensure correct rates, labeling, and procedures were identical across the company. All locations that use UPS World Ship program operate in the same manner in regards of rates, labeling, and procedures.

Began in the position of a filter assembler on the manufacturing floor. Converse with production manager who recommended me to the IT department. With hard work and dedication lead to being the lead Help Desk Technician.

The need of a labeling program for special pleats that could be used industry wide. Developed a program that produces special pleat labels in a cost effective manner industry wide. Worked with remote sites to implement special pleats program and currently printing labels successfully in each location.

Tri-Dim migration to new online payroll system. Trained and setup users to ensure they have the ability to access payroll information. Users have become proficient in the use of the ADP online portal.
