Prepare structure drawings & ladder platform drawings.

Checking of fabrication drawings as per various job specifications.

Prepare equipment GA drawings, Nozzle detailing, Sectional elevation view, External details like Lifting lug, Tailing lug, Insulation details, Name plate, Clean out door, Stiffener ring details, Manway davit details, Support Drawings like Lug support, Leg support, skirt support, saddle support. Shell stretch-out. Internals like Vertex breaker, Tray supports, etc.

Prepare Storage tanks GA drawing, Nozzle detail, Manway detail, Clean out door detail, Shell development, Roof development, Bottom plate development drawings as per API650.

Knowledge of Heat Exchangers.

Basic knowledge of piping.

Assembly & fabrication drawings of column for Great River industries.

This job involves generation & checking of fabrication drawings of tall column approx. 182’-10”. It involves generation of stretch-out drawing for shop to help them to identify clashes in internal as well as external clips wit nozzle & repads of nozzles. It also involves co-ordination with design departments.

Preparation & checking of detail fabrication drawing of jacketed vessels.

This job involves preparation & checking of details fabrication drawing as per company standards & specification. This equipment also consists of 52 nozzles & limpet coil detailing.

Preparation of Isometrics for 4 front engineering.

This job involves updating of isometrics from the output of DXF’S coming from Bentley Auto pipe Model. Updating done on the basis of standard of 4 front Eng. Line list.
