I love healthcare, fitness and nutrition but my true passion is advocacy. My goal is to help as many people and provide resources for them so they can learn to love themselves and overcome their mental illness or addictions and start new chapters in their lives.

I taught classes for girls ages 3 and up. I lead the level 3 USA gymnastics competitive team as well as choreographed the competition floor routines.
CHOREOGRAPHER • KIBBUTZ NATIONAL DANCE COMPANY • 1/14 – 6/14
I choreographed contemporary and classical ballet pieces for performances. I also performed / choreographed for different charity events in Israel involving mental health and self- discovery.

I taught the children different sports while educating them on the importance a healthy lifestyle and keeping active. I also ran a movement therapy class for grades 9-12.
