Responsible for the development, implementation and sustainability of all Health and Safety Programs. Including but not limited to: PSM, Hazard Communication, Hazardous Energy Control, Fall Protection, NFPA70E, Powered Industrial Truck, Bloodborne Pathogens, Cranes and Hoists, Grain Handling, Machine Safeguarding, Hearing Conservation and Incident Investigation. Reported directly to The Brewery Vice President I was part of The Eden Brewery Leadership Team. Responsible for the development, implementation and sustainability of all Health and Safety Programs. Including but not limited to: PSM, Hazard Communication, Hazardous Energy Control, Fall Protection, NFPA70E, Powered Industrial Truck, Bloodborne Pathogens, Cranes and Hoists, Grain Handling, Machine Safeguarding, Hearing Conservation and Incident Investigation.

Responsible for creating and sustaining a world class safety culture. This was done through development of Grassroots Safety Teams throughout the facility. These teams utilized hourly employees to identify both workplace hazards and cultural norms that inhibited the ability to create an injury free environment. Once identified plans were developed and projects initiated to mitigate the identified risks.

Helped oversee the shutdown of the facility while transitioning to the Shenandoah Brewery

Developing and implementing health and safety programs for a manufacturing facility employing over 4,000 team members.
