I control a 36 Megawatt Wood/Tire Burning Power Plant. I make adjustments on the control board

to maintain load and operate within our Emission expectations. At time have to make fast and

accurate decisions on what to do for the safety of the plant and people. I am responsible for the

safety and well being of my crew. I lead in performing lock out tag out. Read and understand P&ID.

Teach new people how to perform jobs efficiently and safely. Problem solving and fix plant upsets.
