Technical QUALIFICATION

Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Rural polytechnic karnataka

JOB PROFILE

Good working knowledge of L.T. panel, Electrical controls.

Maintenance of all types Electrical Motors & Starters faults

Heat pump 3x (175 TR) with twin screw compressor Voltas.

Maintenance of STEAM BOILER 600kg*2 & HOT WATER BOILER (ECOFLAME) all steam trap, steam line and other related work.

Maintenance of Air washer, Exhaust, Scrubber T.F.A., F.C.U., & A.H.U.

Good working knowledge of D.G. set MTU, 1010 KVA.

Good working knowledge of S.T.P.(waste water recovery)

Operation & Maintenance Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO). And Water Treatment Plant.

Good knowledge of Laundry Equipments Like Calendaring machine (BMM), Steam presses (Forenta), Tumbler Dryer (ADC), Dry Cleaning Machine (Donini), Washer Extractor ( B & C).

Good working knowledge of Kitchen Equipments,

Good working knowledge of bakery Equipments

Planed Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule for all kind of equipments and Guest Rooms with Public Areas.

Execute the energy conservation programs monitor HLP consumption on a daily basis.

Maintenance of cooling towers, Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE).

Designing the solutions and involved in execution i.e. installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm System (Notifier Make) and Public Addressing System (Notifier Make).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes to the preventive maintenance’s of all equipment’s, handling the shift, maintaining all log sheets, Attending guest complaints with best priorities.
