Description:
This project is designed to drive insights into business by producing clear and actionable reports that identify the areas of opportunity which have a positive impact on the business.
Customers are categorized into different segments based upon different variables like Income segment, MAB Etc. This project focuses on high category customers. These customers are divided into groups and serviced by the employees at a branch level. Employees should mainly take care of the customers for whom they are assigned to and need to record the inputs like contact information, customer propensity to buy products and products sold to the customers etc. into the database. Database data is captured from backend at our side using SAS into SAS environment as datasets. Based upon the different fields like customer ID, Account Number, Policy Number etc. validation should be done with the data warehouse data. Data massaging and statistical analysis tools are applied as per the business requirement. and the different fields like productivity, ranking among the employees based upon the points achieved and revenue are calculated and reports are generated according to the business requirement and sent to the employee and to their respective reporting authority and also to the higher levels like cluster, region, zone, location and India wise in consolidated manner on a daily basis.

This project involves in collecting data from SFA and flat files. Project involves in providing the real-time data regarding campaigns performance to the business users to help them make improved decisions in optimizing business operations. This project report involves different parameters like Number of sales done till date and revenue earned through the campaigns. Report is generated at a base level and collated at different levels and circulated to respective branches, clusters and regions.
