Which is 6 X 135 MW (Shanghai China Make) Steam Turbine, Pressure 13.24 Mpa, Temp. 535ºC, Super High Pressure, Reheating, H-IP Common Casing, LP Double Flow, Single Shaft Double Cylinder Condensing Turbine, HP&LP Bypass System & 6 X 460 Tph Cfbc Boiler (Shanghai China Make) Pressure 13.65 Mpa, Temp. 540ºC, Re-Heater I/L/O/L Pressure 2.6/2.4 Mpa, Temp. I/L/O/L 319/540ºC, Super High Pressure With Intermediate Reheat, Single Drum, Natural Circulation, Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion & Its Auxiliaries, Dcs Emerson (USA Make). Start-Up, Shut Down, Normal Operation & Also Taking Care Of Running Maintenance Of Equipments, Change-Over Etc. Completely Smooth Running Of Power Plant Including Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling Plant & Dm. Plant.

Job responsibility:-

1.Responsible for smooth operation of BTG & Aux. for 6 X 135 MW & to stabilize the unit with proper troubleshooting of the problems.

2.Safe desk operation of Boiler and TG, Emergency situation handling in desk.

3.Safe Start Up and Shut Down of the Unit as taking the PTW Status into consideration while conforming the Isolation and de-isolation of the equipments and system.

4.Adhering to designed parameters and to operate the Boiler and turbine as per the SOP.

5.Analyze the tripping, cause of any failure and sudden breakdown of equipment/systems with senior and colleagues

6.Keeping chemical parameters within permissible limits

7.Monitor the shift field log sheets filled by the operators.

8.Co-ordinating with the Other Department and field person for Smooth running plant.

9.Updating defect list from field as well as from DCS & Reporting defects to the maintenance teams, and updating all defect in SAP.

10.Daily report Generation entry in SAP.

11.Create a disciplined, healthy and safe working environment for plant personnel.

12.Giving Focus on Safety, Safety PPE.

2.B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI INST. OF TECHANOLOGY, DURG with 72.35% in 2010.

3.12th in Science group from GOVT. H. S. S. SELUD, DURG with 60.80% in 2006.
