Recruitment & Retention Administrator
Hired as Training Officer. Promoted to Recruitment Administrator in 2007, while still fulfilling the duties of Training & Development Officer. Manage recruitment and selection of County employees for all departments; administered, developed, and coordinated training programs for employees.

Manage the recruitment process, from advertisement; to application review; to interviews; to candidate hire and onboarding. Developed qualified pools of candidates to fill vacant positions.
Graduated from the Maryland Equity & Inclusion Leadership Program, a nine-month long competitive entry leadership development program coordinated by the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights and the Schafer Center for Public Policy. Focus areas included leadership and project management through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
Project Manager for implementation of NeoGov, an applicant tracking system. Learned the system through online tutorials and guides. Created user’s manuals; conducted training sessions for new users. Decreased time to fill vacant positions by an average of 30%.
