Create invitee list, send out invitations and manage a current attendance recording, managing bilateral meeting requests.

Negotiate and secure venue, visiting various venue options and making final selection while considering functionality for the needs of the Company.

Make all travel arrangements, both national and international, with complex multiple destinations and itineraries for Board Member and for anyone assigned by the Board Member acting as a corporate travel coordinator.
