ISAAC is a PeopleSoft application to serve as the enterprise application to support Pre-Authorization, notification, steerage, and decision support. Toll Collect used PeopleSoft CRM 8.0 application to support its CRM operations in Germany. Toll Collect intended to upgrade their current application version to PeopleSoft CRM v9.0 without losing any of the existing business functionality and at the same time limiting their customization and not deviating from PeopleSoft out of the box framework, which will the application upgrade easier in future.
It was made as CRM implementation project by Cognizant, the application was implemented from CRM8 to CRM9. The entire new requirement was developed newly without customizing the PS delivered objects. Invoice Package:
This system mainly deals with Invoice preparation and dispatch. It stores the information about Customer, Product, Transports, Customer product, Price, Currency Master, and Predefined Tax Template. Customer schedule is prepared from customer purchase order, if the customer schedule is acknowledged by concerned person, and required quantity is available on the stock. Then it will be delivered to the customer. And also this system keeps track of customer returns and customer complaints. Shipping details along with invoice details will be informed to the customer through Email. Automatic Emailing feature is available in this application.
Production Planning and Process:
This incorporates Invoice Package. It receives the customer schedule from invoice package and prepare production schedule according to the priority of the requirement date of customers. After the acknowledgement of the production schedule, job queue will be automatically prepared for the available machines. According to the queue, products will be produced it will be passed through various process flow cycles (Trimming, Quality Checking etc.,) and finally it will be packed and kept in finished goods stores.
