Order forecasting model Primeline Corporation, Bridgeport, CT August 2017 – December 2017(6 Months)

Developed an order forecasting model of sales order of previous 6 months using Microsoft Excel.

Used two main forecasting methods (Moving average and Exponential smoothing method) to forecast the next order.

Optimization of the model has been done by Microsoft Excel Solver to get an optimum forecast order.

Forecasting model has been improved by nearly 50% then the previous model. Warm vs Tap Cold vs Cold: A Water Boiling Experiment University of New Haven, CT August 2017 – December 2017(6 Months)

Full factorial design of 3 levels and 3 factors has been set up to examine the most affected factor to response variable

(boiling point of water).

Observed the results of experiment by normality plot, Residual plots and ANOVA in Minitab.

Airport security check has been simulated in ARENA Rockwell simulation software.

Total animation of TSA checking has been made and taken by different WHAT IF cases and final decision of simulation was made.

It was observed that if airport authority makes different channels by number of bags and speed of employee to checking bags, then queue can be reduced by 30%.

Mainly worked under Sr. Quality Engineer in Quality assurance department.

Complete inspection of every mixture of different fertilizers by sampling them and made a pivot table in Microsoft excel.

Analyzed new mixture of fertilizers and their outcomes by the Design of experiment Methods using Microsoft Excel and Minitab software.
