Joseph A. Gagliano J.D. is a partner at Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. He specializes in the

areas of finance, valuations and appraisals.

EXPERIENCE

Active in the corporate, finance and legal sectors since 1980, he has experience in the following

areas: mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, tax, real estate, finance, intellectual property and

litigation support. Joe has worked with many small business owners to identify opportunities for

growth and developing strategic plans that have added value to these companies overall. Joe has

specific deal experience in the nutraceutical, gaming and middle market manufacturing. While at

Kodak Joe was part of the deal team that built the company to in excess of $3 billion in sales.

EMPLOYMENT

Joe joined Marshall & Stevens in 1999. Prior to joining Marshall & Stevens, he was director of

corporate transactions at KPMG, and prior to that, vice president and general counsel for Datatape

Incorporated, an Eastman Kodak subsidiary.

EDUCATION

Joe holds a B.A. from Providence College, a J.D. from Western State College of Law and an

Advanced Executive Business Management certification from the University of Southern

California.
