The New Port Project comprises the construction of a new world class inland Port connected to the sea by a new dredged.

The scope for the Joint Venture contractor includes the construction, commissioning and handover of the

infrastructure, utilities building and Port Buildings for the following facilities with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 78,000m2;

• CP12 - Coast Guard Facility (including 6 buildings)

• CP13 – Port Administration and Government Offices

(including 49 buildings and main Port Entrance / Exit Gate)

• CP14 – Port Marine Unit (including 5 buildings)

Civic Centre Council Project

New Brent Civic Centre & Camden Civic Centre, United Kingdom.

Mitchellson Form Work & Civil Engineering Ltd – (2010 to 2012)

We were responsible for the Substructure and Superstructure Concrete Package for this award winning New Civic Centre for the London Borough of Brent. The Substructure consisted of pile attendance, bulk excavation, pile caps and ground beams. The Superstructure consisted of in-situ concrete architectural visual quality concrete frame consisting of feature columns, walls and soffits constructed to incorporate feature joints, cast in lighting and fittings ensuring concrete surface finishes of the highest quality.

My involvement included: Involving procurement of sub- contract packages, plant, and materials, review and administration of contract documents, valuation of sub- contractor accounts, valuation of works & interim applications to main contractor and pricing & negotiation of variations and claims.
